coalition-one
for healthcare coalitions

You coordinate dozens of organizations that do not report to you. Hospitals, EMS, public health, long-term care, clinics. The state wants its deliverables on time, the members want to know what is happening, and everything runs through your inbox. coalition-one is the portal that takes that load: one place members sign in to, one place the work plan lives, one place a corrective action goes until it closes.

In production for a regional coalition since June 2026.

Work Plan

Your deliverables, tracked where the work happens.

Cooperative-agreement deliverables live in a spreadsheet only the coordinator can read. coalition-one makes them a shared list with an owner, a due date, and a status the lead updates. Know what is due before the state asks.

Reminders

Leads notified 30, 14, and 3 days before due.

Next: Hospital A, Nov 1

  • Deliverables by budget period, capability, lead organization, and due date.
  • Leads get reminders at 30, 14, and 3 days. You stop chasing.
  • Export the status the state asks for, in the shape the state asks for it.

Corrective Actions

Close the loop on every after-action item.

Improvement plans are written after every exercise and then buried in a PDF. Here they become a tracker: assign the action to the member organization that owns it, date it, and watch it move. The next exercise starts from what is still open.

  • Every action carries its source: which exercise, which real-world event.
  • Owner, priority, due date, and status on one screen; overdue items surface first.
  • A closed quarter is a report, not a project.

Calendar

Trainings and exercises members actually sign up for.

One coalition calendar, filterable by type, with registration built in. Automated reminders go out at seven days and one day. Nobody emails a spreadsheet of names around the week before a full-scale exercise.

Reminders

Registered members get a reminder 7 days and 1 day out. Staff approve member-proposed events before they publish.

  • Registration with capacity, so you know who is coming and who to nudge.
  • Members subscribe once (ICS) and every event lands on their own calendar.
  • Member-proposed events wait for staff approval before they publish.

Library and Community

One place members go.

The plans, templates, meeting records, and funding documents that currently live in email attachments get a home with a version number. Members see what their role allows. Staff see everything. Questions that used to go to the coordinator go to the community board, where the answer helps everyone.

  • Documents by category with version history and role-gated visibility.
  • Discussion threads members can follow, with notifications they chose.
  • Announcements, forms, resource hub, and funding opportunities under the same sign-in.

The rest of the job.

  • Roles

Members, advisory board, staff, admins. Staff approve every account; an organization email is a verification signal.

  • Funding

Post opportunities, take requests, approve with a recorded history, and keep a ledger of what was endorsed.

  • Forms

Build intake and reporting forms; member identity autofills from the profile.

  • Email

Send to the whole membership or a role from inside the portal, with per-member preferences respected.

  • Your domain, your branding

Each coalition runs on its own domain with its own name, logo, and colors, on its own database.

  • Support that ships

Report a problem from inside the portal. It is triaged, fixed, verified, and deployed, and you are told what changed.
